Unipolar world: Each organization is an assembly of smaller groups called departments who work for their own self-interest. Integrating these groups together to achieve a common corporate goal is an uphill task. Students learn details of organizational behaviors through this role-play.
M’Power world: Competency Mapping, HRIS, ESOPs and new innovative HR policies are being used for various reasons. Students identify the latest trends in HR, analyze how same policies are implemented differently in different organizations.
Train-in world: As business dynamics is moving from hard resource based model to intellect based, soft resource dominated model, specialty training is gaining more and more importance. Students select few companies operating in India and draw annual training plan and budget in this project.
