There are five different sections and the combined points of all the five decide the winner of this mega event.
Micro Business Idea
Participants will get 6 different business concepts. Each group has to make a neat presentation showing various aspects of the project topic they have selected and group members together will present it in front of judges.
Face the “Q”
“Face the Q” is group quiz comprising of Business/ General awareness questions. There will be three rounds for each team.
Advertisement analysis
Here again participants will get 5 product concepts and they have to choose one and find out the various mediums used in promotion of that product and then analyze the strategy. They will have to give supporting ad samples while presenting it.
Industry Report
Participants will have to choose industry vertical out of the six and prepare a neat and detailed report giving all the points necessary. Every member of the team has to work on this.
Ad-Act
From the six product concepts that participants will get they have top select one for their group and prepare an advertisement for it. Interestingly they have to prepare the concept, content and the script, using some background music, if at all they have and prepare it in the form of skit or may even record it and prepare an Audio for the FM Radio. The new thing is that this ad concept does not have print media as a medium of advertisement.
For Unitedworld students the best part is that the Winning team of first year will represent their campus at National round, during the UW Convocation at other campuses. This tour will be sponsored by UW. Whereas the second year winning team (every member) will get one Terabyte External HDD in the form of prize. And all the participants will get participation certificate. And the top 6 teams from each campus will form official “Students Brand ambassadors club” of Unitedworld.
