Career Coaching is a student-centric innovation led by Prof. Anamitra Chatterjee (Alumni IIM C, London School of Economics and Former HR & Training Head, ProcewaterhouseCooper, India.) which facilitates choosing both subject specialization and placement areas in tune with career drivers and own resources.

Economic swings has begun to influence career choices of white collar executives. Students now require greater clarity about their long term career strategies. Career coaches, the students' secret ally are trained psychologists and HR professionals, who guide students on what they want from their career and how to achieve them. Coaches help develop and implement a strategy to take students forward through individual one-to-one sessions and counsel, if needed. Focussed skills development workshops add to the programme rigor.
