All the centers will be having a Chair Professor in the form of one of the leading experts in that field - with dedicated team of faculties for continued research support and a secretariat. The charter of the centers of excellence are as follows:
- Phase 1 (first 2 years): Development of research outputs and delivery of modules for executive education (typically 2-3 days program) across Indian cities - which will be conducted by leading faculties from Ivy-League institutions as well as industry experts.
- Phase 2 (year 3): A top-of-the-line one year program for working professionals (min 5 years work experience) with 4-5 contact workshops and self-study in between.
- Phase 3 (year 4): Consulting services to Indian corporate houses and MNC's coming into India.
Gap Analysis
Unitedworld research team has built a management maturity matrix for the aspirants - with grading at the time of joining. Each grade has a pre designed growth path but pace of development is different. Once student grades are identified, pre-learning sessions are organized to make them ready for the high pressure curriculum. We understand that students have different growth paths - and each path has a differential treatment.
